Dental Creations Return & Replacement Policy

This Product Return & Replacement Policy is for all products distributed by Dental Creations, Ltd. Note that this Policy contains distinct terms and conditions for returns from entities that purchase product directly from Dental Creations, Ltd (“Direct Customer”) or from an authorized distributor of record.

  1. Direct Customer Returns & Replacement Policy: Dental Creations will not accept returns on any product for credit or refund under any circumstances. Dental Creations will replace any damaged or defective items received by a Direct Customer.
    1. Shipping Damage: Dental Creations will only replace damaged goods that were damaged in transit. Product shipped directly by Dental Creations, Ltd. that is damaged in transit from Dental Creations must be reported within 30 days of receipt of items to qualify for replacement. Customer may be required to provide photos of damaged goods. Any product damaged or modified by the customer will not qualify for replacement.
    2. Defective Product: Dental Creations will replace any defective product that is bought directly from Dental Creations (via telephone or website). Dental Creations, Ltd must be notified within 60 days of receipt of defective item for the item to qualify for replacement. After a defective item is received and inspected at Dental Creations, the customer will be shipped replacement product.

  1. Authorized Distributor Returns & Replacement Policy: Dental Creations will not accept returns on any product for credit or refund under any circumstances. Dental Creations will replace any damaged or defective items received by an Authorized Distributor.
    1. Shipping Damage when using Dental Creations UPS Account: Dental Creations will only replace damaged goods that were damaged in transit. Product shipped directly by Dental Creations, Ltd. that is damaged in transit from Dental Creations must be reported within 30 days of receipt of items to qualify for replacement. Customer may be required to provide photos of damaged goods.
    2. Shipping Damage when using the Authorized Distributor’s UPS Account: Dental Creations, Ltd is not responsible for any damage done when using your own shipping account. Please file a claim with your freight carrier for credit.
    3. Defective Product: Dental Creations will replace any defective product that is bought directly from Dental Creations by the Distributor. Dental Creations must be notified within 90 days of the PO date by the Authorized Distributor or its sales reps to qualify for replacement. The defective product will need to be shipped back to Dental Creations before replacement is sent to the Distributor’s customer. After the defective item is received and inspected at Dental Creations, the customer will be shipped replacement product.

This Return & Replacement Policy herein and its use is at the discretion of Dental Creations, Ltd on a case by case basis.
