Shipping Policy

Dental Creations, Ltd accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Waco, TX. Dental Creations, Ltd ships to all 50 U.S. states and internationally and follows the standard methods available by UPS and DHL.

Delivery Terms

Consumer is responsible for shipping costs. We offer delivery options through UPS or DHL. We ship World Wide. Special overnight and second day air delivery are available at an additional cost to the continental U.S. International Consumer is responsible for all duties and taxes.

NOTE:

  • Hazardous material is subject to the carrier's handling charge and may not be shipped by air.

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and International

Standard shipping methods provide direct and reduced costs to all accounts in Alaska and Hawaii. Customers in Canada and other International Countries are offered direct surface transport or express air for reliable delivery. No additional surcharges apply, except when special services are requested. Consumer is responsible for all duties and taxes.

Prices are shown in US Dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter. Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions.

Turnaround

Processing

Dental Creations ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise.

Shipping

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. All items are shipped within 2 to 3 business days from payment of order, unless item is out of stock.

Email Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email upon completing your order. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and try to locate it. This is important because if you haven’t received your confirmation email, you also won’t receive your shipment notification and tracking information. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email including a tracking number.

NOTE:

  • Shipments to rural addresses can take a few extra days to arrive.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances.
